Refund Policy

1. Session Cancellations

  • Clients may cancel a session up to 48 hours in advance without penalty.

  • Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the scheduled session may forfeit the session fee, as your time has already been reserved.

  • Cancellations must be made via email or the booking platform (Wix).

2. Rescheduling

  • Clients may reschedule a session up to 24 hours in advance without penalty.

  • Rescheduling requests made less than 24 hours before the session may be subject to availability and could result in a partial charge.

3. Refunds

  • Refunds are offered only for sessions canceled with at least 48 hours’ notice.

  • Refunds will be processed via the original payment method within 5–7 business days.

  • Packages (e.g., multi-session coaching bundles) are non-refundable, but unused sessions may be rescheduled within 1 month of purchase.

4. No-Shows

  • Clients who do not show up for a scheduled session without prior notice will be considered a no-show, and the session fee will not be refunded.

5. Exceptional Circumstances

  • We understand emergencies happen. If an unforeseen event prevents attendance, please contact us as soon as possible, and we will review the situation case by case.
