Refund Policy
1. Session Cancellations

Clients may cancel a session up to 48 hours in advance without penalty.

Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the scheduled session may forfeit the session fee, as your time has already been reserved.

Cancellations must be made via email or the booking platform (Wix).
2. Rescheduling

Clients may reschedule a session up to 24 hours in advance without penalty.

Rescheduling requests made less than 24 hours before the session may be subject to availability and could result in a partial charge.
3. Refunds

Refunds are offered only for sessions canceled with at least 48 hours’ notice.

Refunds will be processed via the original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Packages (e.g., multi-session coaching bundles) are non-refundable, but unused sessions may be rescheduled within 1 month of purchase.
4. No-Shows

Clients who do not show up for a scheduled session without prior notice will be considered a no-show, and the session fee will not be refunded.
5. Exceptional Circumstances

We understand emergencies happen. If an unforeseen event prevents attendance, please contact us as soon as possible, and we will review the situation case by case.
